Velux roof window loft conversions are clearly a more economical way to add extra space, and in the many steep pitch roofs in Cirencester and the Cotswolds are more than adequate.
Building control (regulations) is required for all loft conversions ,the information will be available at your local council website. The regulations are the same whether you live in Cheltenham or Royal Wootton Bassett. Building control can also be undertaken by any of the approved inspector companies operating and covering all areas.
